The creation of this internal integration should be aligned to the marketing reality: IT is responsible for changes in culture, environment, tools and methodologies, within the business environment as well as outside. It is necessary to:

– Aim to generate innovation and conquer new markets;

– Focus on revenue, brand and UX (user experience);

– Develop partnerships with new and small suppliers (ex.: startups);

– Find unconventional profiles and talents that can challenge standards and have enough knowledge in several areas in order to make innovation operational.
